Description

You will manage quality assurance documentation, database entries, and sampling processes within a food production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the micro swabbing database, including performing swabs and managing shipments.
• Execute data entry across Excel, Kleanz software, and EOL systems.
• Manage Hold Process documentation and spreadsheets using the SAP system.
• Prepare and update SSOPs, maintenance notifications, and daily production analysis reports.
• Retrieve quality samples from the production floor and monitor swab inventory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or food production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or SAP products for data management.
• Knowledge of SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance and Quality Control protocols.
• Ability to manage complex spreadsheets and digital filing systems.
• Background in food technology or food science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a food production facility.
