Description

You will own manual and automated testing within an Agile environment, ensuring quality for commercial lines insurance products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to design and write comprehensive test cases.
• Execute manual tests and track defects using formal management tools.
• Create, maintain, and run automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
• Validate data and services using SQL queries and API testing tools.
• Present test results, strategies, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional QA experience in a formal testing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with P&C Insurance Policy Administration Systems, specifically commercial lines.
• 1+ year of experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java for automation.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI.
• Strong knowledge of XML.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or PowerShell.
• Bachelor's degree.
