You will bridge the gap between investment professional needs and technical execution in AI-driven research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with investment professionals to gather requirements, usage patterns, and pain points.
• Shape user journeys and translate complex AI outputs into intuitive UI elements with engineers and designers.
• Create and maintain wireframes, mockups, and low-fidelity prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Test and validate UI functionality against end-user expectations and accessibility standards.
• Act as a liaison between non-technical users and technical teams to maintain requirement alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a UI/UX analyst, business analyst, or product support role with enterprise or B2B software exposure.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD for design and prototyping.
• Strong command of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with UI/UX Design principles.
• Familiarity with Jira, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in Prototyping and Data Visualization.
