Ensure IT systems, products, and services meet established standards through rigorous testing and process administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing procedures to verify software and IT services meet minimum requirements.
• Administer change control processes to support zero-defect software development.
• Document testing data, findings, and reports while maintaining a historical database.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Perform workflow analysis to recommend improvements to QA practices and future configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile SAFe frameworks.
• 10+ years of experience in professional communication roles.
• Proven experience writing detailed test cases.
• Proficiency using JIRA for defect tracking and management.
• Thorough knowledge of QA testing, reporting procedures, and practices.
• Extensive understanding of applications development, operations, and security programs.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor junior staff and assist in preparing QA documentation, manuals, and training curriculum.
