Description

You will manage end-to-end testing and business analysis for multi-year software projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and specifications using standard templates.
• Perform business process analysis and facilitate user meetings to gather software needs, business rules, and security requirements.
• Create and execute detailed test plans.
• Use defect management tools to identify, document, track, and communicate issues to technical staff.
• Write SQL queries to validate application data.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience performing software, business, and data analysis.
• 84 months of experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities.
• 60 months of experience testing web-based software applications with workflow components.
• 60 months of experience using HP Quality Center/ALM, Requisite Pro, or similar tools.
• 48 months of experience working within an agile framework.
• 48 months of experience working on .Net development projects.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• IIBA Professional Certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HP Quality Center/ALM and/or Requisite Pro.
• Experience in .Net development projects.
