Description

You will lead the QE team and offshore resources to ensure quality standards across Mortgage Connect applications and APIs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QE team members and manage offshore resources.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation frameworks and scripts to ensure test coverage.
• Create and document test plans, test cases, test data, and test results.
• Coordinate testing efforts with stakeholders, including business analysts and engineering staff.
• Manage defect identification, analysis, and documentation throughout the product life-cycle.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of relevant QA experience with at least 2 years in a QA Lead role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or RestAssured.
• Strong understanding of version control, including branching, reverts, and rebasing using Git.
• Experience conducting automation code reviews.
• Deep knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies.
• Ability to perform performance testing and compatibility testing.
• Proven experience in developing comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience with RPA.
• Experience setting up and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience in the Title or Real Estate industry.
