Description

You will perform end-to-end functional testing across Salesforce Cloud, mobile applications, and backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing of Salesforce Cloud and DMS 2.0 using SQL queries to validate backend data.
• Design and execute manual functional test scenarios and test cases for mobile and backend systems.
• Perform black box testing types including Smoke, Sanity, System, Integration, Regression, and UAT.
• Coordinate with Process, Development, and QA teams to manage effective test cycle releases.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and report bugs using defect tracking tools while maintaining version control for deliverables.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Functional Manual Testing and Mobile Application testing.
• 4-6 years of Salesforce Testing experience.
• 4-6 years of backend database testing using SQL queries.
• 4-6 years of experience working in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Black Box testing methodologies (Smoke, Sanity, System, Integration, Regression, UAT).
• Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA or DevOps.
• Proven ability to create and develop Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Defect Reports.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC models.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver, QTP, or IDE.
• Experience with Performance Testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Automotive domain knowledge.
