Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance process to ensure software applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases across development, staging, and production environments.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and acceptance testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects using Jira, Bugzilla, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve documented issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proficiency in Manual testing and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Automation testing and Java.
• Experience using Selenium for test automation.
• Expertise in defect tracking using Jira or Bugzilla.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage test cases using ALM, QTP, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of API testing with Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• ISTQB or other QA certification.
