Description

You will lead systems analysis and software testing for the IT Mainframe Modernization Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into test cases to ensure traceability and functional alignment.
• Execute unit, integration, functional, system, and regression testing for custom software and mainframe migration work.
• Perform manual software tests, including performance, load, and stress testing.
• Report, track, and verify defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide quality assurance estimates based on defined requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries to access data in SQL Server and DB2 databases.
• 3+ years of experience developing and reading User Stories to create test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• 3+ years of experience using TestRail, Jira, and SoapUI.
• 3+ years of experience with HTTP, SOAP, and REST protocols.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Technical familiarity with JAVA, C#, Weblogic, Jboss, Apache, and Quick Test Pro.

Preferred Skills

• Experience analyzing and evaluating requirements, specifications, and design documents for defects.
• Proficiency in planning and tracking work efforts using Jira.
