Description

You will own the quality assurance and testing lifecycle for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing across Student Records, Admissions, Financial Aid, Campus Community, Student Financials, and Academic Advising.
• Develop detailed test plans for PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and PeopleSoft Regulatory Patch (PRP) updates.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to ensure resolution prior to production deployment.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by managing test data accuracy and conducting functional walkthroughs with clients.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and functional leads to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of QA experience.
• 3-5 years of experience testing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.
• Deep knowledge of Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, and Academic Advisement.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions upgrade projects or implementations.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation and test preparation.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft integrations with third-party systems.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ALM or other Test Management tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices.
