Description

You will perform functional manual testing for a new Pension Administration system across 32 functional work streams.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing for complex use cases, data bridging scenarios, and legacy system decommissioning.
• Review requirements and business requirement documents to identify testing needs and build test plans, scripts, and test cases.
• Facilitate test plan reviews, defect discussions, and report/track all identified defects.
• Collaborate with agency testers, system integrators, and QA vendors throughout all testing phases.
• Prepare effort estimations and manage all aspects of testing within Agile environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of QA Analyst experience, including 5 years as a Senior QA Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL to execute CRUD operations on large volumes of raw data.
• Strong experience with SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle processes, including Agile.
• Expertise in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to analyze business and functional documents and technical specifications.
• Strong documentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing complex enterprise applications, legacy migrations, or public pension systems.
• Experience with API and Web Services testing, or Performance and Load testing.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Zephyr, or SharePoint.
