Description

You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for front office trading platforms, ensuring stability and accuracy of critical trading systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Validate functionality across trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), and market data feeds.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing aligned with business workflows.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and partner with development teams to resolve issues.
• Document test plans, test data, and results for audit and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with front office stakeholders to prioritize testing needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, or similar).
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Understanding of trading workflows, fixed income instruments (swaps, derivatives), and market data systems.
• Experience working in front office environments.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Programming skills in Java or JavaScript.
• Ability to code in Python during live technical assessments.
