Description

You will own the manual testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes for financial services applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full software testing lifecycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle for banking domain projects.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to validate requirements and conduct UAT sessions.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA and ALM to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance.
• Proven track record in the banking or financial services domain.
• Expertise in creating comprehensive test plans, cases, and traceability matrices.
• Strong understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools, specifically JIRA and ALM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into executable test scenarios.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
