Description

Drive quality assurance for the Customer Service Modernization program through end-to-end manual testing and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of web applications, Salesforce applications, and data integrations.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts using Gherkin syntax.
• Define acceptance criteria and specify Gherkin scripts to support testing strategies.
• Lead meetings and collaborate with developers to resolve identified defects.
• Manage and locate test data using SQL to support comprehensive integration testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience with end-to-end manual testing of enterprise-scale web applications.
• Expertise in writing and executing test cases using Gherkin syntax.
• Strong ability to test Salesforce applications and complex data integrations.
• Proficiency in using SQL to locate and manage test data.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum teams.
• Minimum of three years of informal leadership experience.
• Ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex problem situations independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, MuleSoft, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Background in Life Insurance or Annuities business processes.
