You will enhance software quality by designing and executing tests and managing testing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual tests at the user interface level.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across QA, lab, and production environments.
• Maintain and support lab infrastructure and manage software configurations.
• Document testing processes and outcomes clearly.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive experience in software testing, including test strategy and case development.
• 5+ years writing and testing manual test cases for desktop applications and websites.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps Pipelines, Test Plans, Test Suites, Test Cases, and defect management.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including log analysis.
• Experience with configuration management terminology (e.g., trunk/main, branches).
• Experience in writing and reviewing technical documentation.
• 1-2 years of SQL experience.
• Proficiency with .NET, Linux, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SPLUNK.
• Automation experience (UFT).
