Description

You will drive quality assurance by building and embedding quality practices into the development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects to define acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and automated tests, designing automated test capabilities alongside exploratory testing.
• Identify risks within the agile team, develop mitigation plans, and gain consensus on the testing approach.
• Own the implementation of recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
• Proficiency in Harness and Ansible for automation.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting on Microsoft stacks.
• Experience building and executing both automated and manual tests.
• Experience preparing and running non-functional tests (security, performance, load, latency).
• Experience in test planning, estimation, and execution.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to clarify requirements.
