Manage end-to-end quality assurance through manual and automated testing processes in Glen Allen, VA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not impact existing functionality.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to align on testing objectives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in automation testing with Selenium.
• Hands-on scripting experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TestNG or Cucumber frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
