Description

You will lead testing efforts and manage a team to ensure defect-free application releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and prepare comprehensive Test Plans.
• Develop and execute manual test cases for new features.
• Build and maintain automation suites using Java, Selenium, and BDD Cucumber frameworks.
• Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams to facilitate smooth testing implementation.
• Manage status reporting and interact directly with customers to resolve requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proven experience managing teams of 5 or more members.
• Strong manual testing expertise.
• Automation experience using Java and Selenium with BDD Cucumber.
• Retail domain knowledge, specifically in online shopping, sales, and stores.
• Experience with API Automation using Rest Assured.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile Automation experience (Android and iOS).
• SQL proficiency.
• Knowledge or exposure to UiPath.
