Description

You will manage the full software testing lifecycle within Agile and Scrum environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software test plans, test strategies, and system test plans based on business requirements.
• Perform functional testing for client/server applications and execute database testing using SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Write scripts to verify data integrity, perform XML validation, and conduct server-side validation.
• Log defects, analyze test results for validity, and provide technical guidance to developers.
• Install and maintain software and integrity within the QA environment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Software QA Engineer, Tester, Software Developer, or Systems Analyst.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Quality Center/HP ALM, Jira, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Technical experience using Linux, UNIX, Windows, DB2, and SQL Server.
• Experience with SQL Developer, SiteMinder, Rally, QTP, and SOAP UI.
• Ability to work with XML, HTML, CSS, and UML.
• Knowledge of client/server application testing and host file testing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
