Description

You will own the quality assurance process for application enhancements and changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement test approaches and plans against documented business requirements and user stories.
• Execute and document test scenarios aligned with Quality Management processes.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and business SMEs to ensure project quality.
• Support continuous improvement of team quality management practices, including defect management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a quality assurance analyst or tester.
• Expert knowledge of testing methodologies (white vs. black box, function vs. path).
• Experience defining test strategy and developing test plans and cases.
• Hands-on experience with databases, including writing queries independently.
• Experience with iterative development methodologies, specifically SCRUM.
• Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Experience with Jira.
• Selenium

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a SOA / Web Services environment.
• Experience with test driven or behavior driven development practices.
