What's the Job?

• Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features to ensure product quality.
• Reproduce, document, and triage bugs; collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive resolution.
• Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans to support ongoing testing efforts.
• Support QA leads in developing test strategies and creating detailed test plans.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including manual and automation testing.
• Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and test plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with dashboarding tools, quality metrics, and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL
