You will manage testing procedures to ensure IT systems, products, and services meet established standards and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct testing to ensure software meets minimum functional and security requirements.
- Collaborate with application development, operations, and security teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Administer change control processes to maintain zero-defect software development.
- Document testing data, findings, and reports in a centralized database.
- Perform workflow analysis to recommend quality improvements and new QA practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing and reporting procedures.
- Proficiency using JIRA for task and defect tracking.
- Experience writing detailed test cases.
- Thorough knowledge of business systems and applications development lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of operations, technical support, and security practices.
- Ability to identify problems and develop creative technical solutions.
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and statutes.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration.
