Description

• Act as technical expert and information resource concerning assigned areas.
• Perform and lead tests to ensure that all IT systems, products and services meet minimum standards and requirements.
• Work closely with the applications development team during software development to include areas of application development, operation and technical support and security.
• Lead and administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.
• Create complex test data for applications.
• Document testing data, findings and reports.
• Provide requested weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and regularly updates assigned manager.
• Perform complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
• Recommend new and improved QA practices and procedures.
• Prepare QA documents, manuals, training curriculum and training sessions.
• Provide resources for agency technical writers.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• 5 years QA testing experience
• 5 years experience writing test scenarios and test cases in DevOps
• 5 years experience executing test cases manually
• 5 years experience reporting bugs in DevOps
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• 3 years scripting test cases in UFT One or similar tool
• 3 years executing test cases with automation tools like UFT One
• 3 years familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle
• 3 years familiarity with Salesforce platform
