Description

You will manage testing procedures to ensure IT systems and products meet established standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and security testing to verify software requirements.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams across the SDLC.
• Administer change control processes to maintain zero-defect releases.
• Document testing data, findings, and reports in a centralized database.
• Analyze workflows to recommend quality improvements and new QA practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing and reporting procedures.
• Proficiency using JIRA for task and defect tracking.
• Experience writing detailed test cases.
• Thorough knowledge of business systems and application development lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of operations, technical support, and security practices.
• Ability to identify problems and develop creative technical solutions.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing QA training curriculum and manuals.
