Description

Lead testing activities and manage quality assurance processes across multiple project areas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall testing strategy, including unit, functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Engineer and implement a QA testing framework for integration and execution.
• Design, develop, and maintain UI automation test scripts within a continuous integration environment.
• Manage the scope, risk, issues, deliverables, and schedules for all program testing tasks.
• Oversee bug identification, documentation, and tracking, while communicating results to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical testing management and matrix management.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test tracking and management.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and UI automation design.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing UI automation frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Strong skills in risk assessment and mitigation within the testing lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous testing activities and direct vendor teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Test Complete.
• Knowledge of State of Michigan SUITE standards.
