You will ensure software solutions meet business requirements and deliver high-quality user experiences through rigorous testing and defect management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases and execute Quality Assurance Testing within project timelines.
• Identify, track, and manage defects, facilitating triage meetings and collaborating with developers on resolution.
• Conduct User Acceptance Test training sessions and support testers throughout the process.
• Complete and approve all QA-related System Engineering Methodology documentation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to provide usability feedback and conduct visual QA.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience with Selenium.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Java.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile team environments.
• Proficiency in QA documentation, testing methodologies, and test case execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience facilitating UAT sessions and understanding traceability matrices.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
