Description

You will design and execute quality assurance practices, test plans, and assessments for web-based, XML, ETL, Mainframe, and .NET applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manual and automated test plans using various toolsets.
• Perform proof of concepts for automating tests for web technologies, XML verification, and ETL tools.
• Evaluate user requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Travel to client sites across the nation to set up systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Win Runner, Load Runner, and QTP tools.
• Experience with shell scripting and SQL.
• Hands-on use of Test Director, SQA Suite, SQA Robot, and SQA Manager.
• Knowledge of Cloud tools and SQA Comparator.
• Experience with ETL tools including Informatica, SAS, Ab Initio, and DataStage.
• Database experience with Amazon RedShift, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, Hive, and DB2.
• Technical familiarity with Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts, JavaScript, and UML.
• Ability to work with Mainframe environments and Erwin/ER-Studio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium and Rational Suite.
