Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for assigned products, ensuring they meet functional requirements and user expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive testing plans and quality control procedures.
• Identify testing scenarios and execute tests to validate product functionality.
• Document, report, and communicate technical defects and errors to the development team.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative test data to report findings and track issue resolution.
• Research market products to identify efficiency improvements and competitive benchmarks.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Proven ability to identify quality control scenarios and procedures.
• Experience documenting and communicating technical defects to development teams.
• Track product issues through to resolution.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative test data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.
