Description

You will execute testing activities for large-scale system modernization projects including ISDS, MMIS, and METS.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain QA test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test closure defect documentation.
• Develop requirements traceability matrices and other project documentation such as status reports and change requests.
• Define and write functional and technical testable requirements using Waterfall or User Stories and Acceptance Criteria using Agile.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, database administrators, and system architects to ensure design complements requirements.
• Estimate Level of Effort (LOE) for all testing activities in coordination with QA leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within large, complex systems development projects.
• Proficiency in Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks, including writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Hands-on experience with System Integration testing.
• Ability to perform functional testing.
• Experience working independently with high ambiguity and minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to interface with diverse stakeholders, including project directors, vendors, and agency team members.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
