Description

You will manage end-to-end testing activities across the Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test cases for usability, regression, functional, integration, performance, UAT, and unit testing.
• Execute manual test cases and develop automated test scripts to identify and manage defects.
• Manage the defect triage process, including logging, tracking, reporting, and coordinating resolution with development teams.
• Maintain the Test Traceability Matrix to ensure testing procedures align with business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, lead daily defect meetings, and educate teams on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in test design and test-script development.
• Ability to collaborate with Project Managers regarding the Integrated Change Control Process.
• Experience managing defect metrics, fix estimates, and retesting timelines.
• Strong ability to verify requirement quality and test-data development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience authoring test plans and strategies to support the test lead.
