Description

You will own quality assurance processes across functional, performance, and regression testing cycles. You will develop test scripts using automated, ad-hoc, and manual methods while implementing CI/CD practices. You will mentor junior team members, oversee code quality, and evangelize QA best practices in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, performance, and regression testing cycles.
• Develop test scripts incorporating automated, ad-hoc, and manual elements.
• Implement Continuous Integration, Continuous Build, and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee code quality.
• Present technical information to build team understanding and rapport.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software quality assurance or programming, or 7 to 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong programming background in Javascript, Node JS, Java, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Jenkins, and Nightwatch JS.
• Proficiency in developing test scripts.
• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
• Working knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Experience testing within Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
