Description

You will perform quality assurance testing to support technology implementations and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into test case scenarios and maintain requirement-to-test case mapping.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios for various functions.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing with multiple vendors and liaise with third-party vendors, business analysts, and SMEs.
• Log defects with impact assessments, participate in triage, and track issues through re-testing.
• Collaborate with the QA manager to develop test plans that ensure comprehensive coverage and mitigate risk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional testing experience.
• Experience with software development lifecycles, implementations, and integrations.
• Ability to create complex test conditions, including negative testing.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Excel, and Visio.
• Experience using ticket management tools.
• Strong task management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with local, state, or federal government projects.
• Experience with State Based Marketplaces.
