Description

You will own end-to-end testing for complex policy systems, covering quoting, billing, and payroll modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test cases from minimal business requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing manually or via automation.
• Develop and troubleshoot test automation suites using BDD/TDD, Hybrid, or Linear frameworks.
• Establish testing standards, best practices, and process improvements.
• Coordinate the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) to meet project timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience with web-based applications.
• Proficiency in Application Life Management (ALM).
• Experience with Java, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Testing enterprise-class systems with multi-tier architecture.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
• Ability to work within an Agile development environment.
• Proven capability in project estimation and time management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the workers' compensation insurance industry, specifically policy workflows.
