Description

You will execute end-to-end quality assurance functions for web and client-server applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project team meetings to define and understand requirements.
• Prepare test plans and conduct manual, automation, and performance testing.
• Mitigate defects and gather evidence for system uploads.
• Report metric data and work activities during scrum meetings.
• Apply verification and validation techniques to cover all possible corner cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• 3+ years of experience in test coordination and manual testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Test Manager or Team Foundation Server.
• Hands-on experience with Client Quality Center/ALM.
• Experience with SDLC and STLC methodologies in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database concepts and testing using SQL.
• Experience testing within Windows environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to test web and client-server based applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with functional test automation tools such as Selenium or QTP.
• Background in the Energy or Financial industries.
