Description

You will own the regression test suite and build automation tools to support client operations and reduce technical escalations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Debug client cases for ESG and C applications within MSCI One.
• Develop self-serving operational utilities for client-facing teams to minimize technical escalations.
• Act as a subject matter expert between engineering, SRE, TPM, and Data Operations during production incidents.
• Enhance the regression test suite by integrating client escalation use cases.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify automation use cases for new features and data provision applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in test automation development.
• Proficiency in Selenium and TestNG.
• Experience with API test automation frameworks.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Agile processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining and enhancing regression test suites with every release.
