Description

Provide technical analysis, user documentation, and change coordination for legacy .NET applications and new enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Decompose business requirements into testable system requirements for development and testing.
• Coordinate application development changes through the full systems development life cycle.
• Collaborate with internal business customers and developers to determine software requirements and system impacts.
• Interact with agency customers daily to provide guidance on .NET application usage and development.
• Support application adoption through end-user training and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience documenting requested changes to determine impact on IT applications.
• 5+ years of experience decomposing business requirements into discrete parts for development and testing.
• 5+ years of experience planning and monitoring application changes through the full SDLC.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with onsite and remote teams to deliver solutions.
• 3+ years of experience communicating with business customers and developers regarding system impacts.
• 2+ years of experience training end users and troubleshooting applications.
• Experience with business processes, workflows, and Microsoft technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
• Public sector background.
• Exposure to Azure and Power Apps Portals.
