You own the end-to-end QA testing process for features within the Telecom team's portfolio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own QA testing for Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) IVRs (ERSA, Replicant) and Branch IVR (Seamless).
• Log defects and track issues in project management tools, communicating status updates to Product Managers and vendors.
• Lead testing meetings, define goals, and document outcomes for all testing efforts.
• Document precise, step-by-step testing processes, specifying environments and expected outputs for the Change Approval Board (CAB).
• Manage automated regression testing using the Cyara Velocity tool for Replicant IVR.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of IVR systems and telecommunications platforms (ERSA, Replicant, Seamless).
• Proficiency in defect management tools including Jira and Rocketlane.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools, specifically Cyara Velocity.
• Understanding of downstream system integrations (Salesforce, Bringg, Pinpoint, CTI).
• Ability to document precise test cases, environments, and expected outcomes.
• Experience validating Salesforce transactions (e.g., Membership authentication, vehicle look up).
