Description

You will develop quality assurance standards and execute testing processes to ensure software meets customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate test plans based on requirements and provide feasibility feedback on product design.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing to minimize defects and rework.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the defect database and track software quality metrics to identify trends.
• Mentor level-1 QA analysts and collaborate with design teams on test documentation.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst for major application integration or product releases.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL or Oracle databases.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in API testing using REST or SOAP web services.
• Proficiency with bug management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or Azure Test Plans.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, software lifecycles, and quality best practices.
• Ability to design and implement test cases for complex features.
• Experience testing web and client/server applications.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to security and performance testing.
• Knowledge of automation tools or frameworks.
