Description

You will manage quality testing activities for multi-tier architected web-commerce applications.

Responsibilities

• Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide feedback.
• Develop, publish, and implement detailed test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, structural, regression, load, and system testing.
• Document, re-verify, and report detailed defects using JIRA or HPQC.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide logs to development teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing or QA experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with JIRA and HPQC defect management.
• Knowledge of Order Entry, Order Management, and Product Catalog systems.
• Experience with ICOMS and the Cable domain.
• Strong understanding of SIT/UAT cycles and software release processes.
• Ability to perform manual testing, including smoke and load testing.
• High-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
