Description

You own the quality assurance process for digital display ads, email, and microsites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans and test cases for web and CRM platforms.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities across projects.
• Perform regression testing after bug resolution.
• Coach creative and development teams on QA workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical QA experience in web development or CRM environments.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and SQL.
• Experience with API Testing and JIRA for bug reporting.
• Deep understanding of front-end development languages and best practices.
• Knowledge of cross-client, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.
• Ability to work independently within a structured team.
• University degree or college equivalent in a Quality Assurance program.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Braze, Salesforce, or other CRM marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of templating languages like AMPscript, Liquid, or Handlebars JS.
• Experience with AODA/Accessibility testing tools and Litmus for email testing.
