Description

You will own software quality assurance, driving improvements to QA tools and managing test execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to QA tools, including debug menus and crash capturing.
• Manage test case reviews, release test ownership, and overall test case management.
• Maintain and update test strategies, regression plans, and cross-feature plans.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to evaluate requirement feasibility against current product structures.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and oversee onboarding processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Analysis supporting software development projects.
• Proficiency with Selenium, JMeter, and Jira.
• Working knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze projects to determine the best testing approach and methodology.
• Strong documentation skills to prove the quality of issues under review.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and assist team members in meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API-oriented testing.
