Description

You manage quality assurance for application releases, executing manual tests and overseeing defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual tests for complex new scenarios and features.
• Review bug and task submissions from offshore testers before developer assignment.
• Follow up on high-priority and blocking issues through to resolution.
• File high-signal tasks directly assignable to developers.
• Provide weekly reports detailing executed tasks.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in the testing domain.
• Familiarity with the testing life cycle, including test case planning, designing, and execution.
• Experience in mobile application testing.
• Expertise in end-to-end sanity, regression, smoke, and new feature testing.
• Experience in test results and bug analysis.
• Experience working within an offshore/onsite team model.
• Proficiency with defect management and test case management tools like Jira, Quality Center, TestRail, and Bugzilla.

• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
