Description

You will own the end-to-end testing process for Salesforce applications within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and document test plans, execute tests, and analyze results from a business end-user perspective.
• Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and vendor technical teams to translate requirements into testable scenarios.
• Develop UAT test scenarios by leveraging existing SIT test cases.
• Participate in defect triage meetings, product demos, and weekly status reporting.
• Identify and communicate project bottlenecks, risks, and issues to management to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software development project testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation for Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in developing and executing test scripts, test plans, and test strategies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with mid-scale or large-scale system development projects.
• Familiarity with defect management tools such as JIRA, Client ALM, or Bugzilla.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manual test script writing and application function testing.
