Description

Design and lead testing strategy and architecture for large-scale projects while owning the automation framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall testing plans, scenarios, and scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Design, scale, and maintain automated testing frameworks and the associated codebase.
• Lead client calls to define testing scope, requirements, and delivery goals.
• Analyze test results and recommend architectural improvements to stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain test automation quality and drive technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven experience serving as a Test Architect on multiple large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong client handling and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work UK shifts to align with PST client hours.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating directly with developers and product owners to define requirements.
