Description

Lead quality engineering transformations and drive technical initiatives across QE teams and Centers of Excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive QA transformations by introducing test automation and optimizing team structures.
• Design and develop complex test automation frameworks and tools from scratch.
• Define technical strategies and lead automation initiatives through proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Integrate test automation frameworks with test data management and enterprise tools.
• Build and maintain integrations between test management tools and various automation platforms.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in quality engineering and test automation.
• Extensive experience designing and building frameworks for Web, Desktop, and APIs.
• Deep expertise in JAVA, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience with Rest Assured for service/API testing.
• Proficiency with Agile SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with TOSCA and Zephyr Enterprise.
• Ability to work with Python for tool integration projects.
• Experience with Eggplant, UFT, or similar automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or transitioning to C#.Net based frameworks.
