Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts by designing scalable automation frameworks and defining organization-wide testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber.
• Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies for automation, manual, and performance testing.
• Lead performance and load testing efforts to ensure system responsiveness.
• Integrate automated testing processes into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps.
• Mentor QA engineers in automation best practices, manual testing techniques, and modern methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews for test scripts to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation leadership.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, Rest-Assured, or SOAPUI.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Docker.
• Proven ability to build and scale BDD frameworks using Cucumber.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• ISTQB Advanced or equivalent testing certifications.
