Lead the design and implementation of testing strategies for software products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies aligned with business objectives and system architecture.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for functional and non-functional testing.
• Create detailed test plans and ensure execution meets quality standards and timelines.
• Mentor junior and senior QA engineers to foster quality best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Design and implementation of automation frameworks.
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing.
• Ability to define testing standards and best practices.
• Strong background in testing strategy development.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills
