Description

You will lead end-to-end QA efforts for insurance projects, defining strategies and owning the release quality lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting across insurance projects.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Manage testing processes and traceability using Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or ALM.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of QA/testing experience, including 2+ years in a QA Architect capacity.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cypress.
• Experience with Playwright using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong domain experience in Property and Casualty insurance.
• Experience testing insurance systems such as policy administration, claims, billing, or underwriting.
• Proficiency with test management tools including Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, and ALM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with insurance underwriting or billing systems.
