Description

You will lead the design and implementation of testing strategies for software products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of test strategies that align with business objectives, product requirements, and system architecture.
• Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools for functional and non-functional testing.
• Oversee the development and execution of detailed test plans according to project timelines.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior and senior QA engineers to foster quality best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or testing leadership.
• Testing Strategy Development.
• Automation Frameworks design and implementation.
• Test Plans & Execution.
• Continuous Improvement methodology.
• Experience with both functional and non-functional testing.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
