Design and drive quality assurance strategy by building scalable automation frameworks and integrating intelligent testing practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build modular automation frameworks for API, UI, backend, and data layer testing.
• Embed automated testing into CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Architect load, stress, and performance testing frameworks and integrate security testing tools into the QA pipeline.
• Implement synthetic test data generation, data masking, and test virtualization.
• Mentor junior engineers and define quality metrics and KPIs through automated dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering and automation architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Shell Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Experience using AI/ML tools including LLMs, Co-pilot, test prediction models, and self-healing scripts.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or K6 and security tools like OWASP ZAP.
• Competency with version management using GIT.
• Understanding of schema-less databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with test data management tools like WireMock or Parasoft.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
